MoneyMiraclesAndManifesting Coaching maintains a strict no-refund policy for all programs, services, digital products, live events, virtual events, workshops, immersions, intensives, memberships, coaching containers, and experiential offerings.

No refunds will be issued unless expressly approved in writing by both:

• MoneyMiraclesAndManifesting Coaching

Verbal statements, assumptions, or informal communications do not constitute approval.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your financial institution or payment processor.

Any attempted chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access, collection efforts, and recovery of administrative or legal fees.

8. Live & Virtual Events, Workshops & Immersions

Participation Disclaimer

Events may involve emotional exploration, embodiment practices, guided inner work, visualization, somatic awareness, or group discussion.

Participation is voluntary, and you may pause or discontinue participation at any time.

Not Therapy or Medical Services

Events are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health services.

COMPANY does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition and does not replace licensed professionals.

Attendance & Access

• Event registrations are non-refundable
• Missed sessions, partial attendance, late arrival, or early departure do not qualify for refunds
• Access to replays (if offered) is a courtesy and not guaranteed

Event Modifications

COMPANY reserves the right to modify dates, times, locations, facilitators, or delivery format, including transitioning events from in-person to virtual.

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Event Participation Waiver & Release of Liability

By registering for or attending any COMPANY event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation

You participate of your own free will and assume full responsibility for your well-being.

Assumption of Risk (In-Person Events)

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including travel, physical presence, environmental conditions, and emotional or physical responses.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless:

• Staff, contractors, facilitators, venues, and partners

From any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation.

No Guaranteed Results

No specific outcome is promised or implied.

10. Media & Recording Consent

You grant permission for audio, video, or photographic recording during events for educational, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless you submit a written opt-out request prior to the event.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoneyMiraclesAndManifesting Coaching shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any offering.

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyMiraclesAndManifesting Coaching and its owners, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
